Materials
1. Garri (blended rolled oats can be an alternative)
2. Cocoa powder
3. Oil
4. Scooping materials
5. Spaghetti soaked in brown food colouring

Measure the Garri or rolled oats based on the quantity, I used about 2 cups and same measure for the cocoa powder.
I added oil till I got the consistency that looked like kinetic sand.
Add scooping materials and let your LO play.
